Well, there are many things that you can do that don't involve going to the gym. Do you have a bicycle? Riding a bike for at least forty-five minutes a day is great exercise. Running is also very good. When you go for a run or for a walk, make sure that you alternate. By this, I mean don't walk the whole time, but don't run the whole time. The only way that you will see results is to move your pace up and down. Do a little bit of walking, then a little bit of jogging, then run as hard as you can. Then, start the cycle all over again! Simple things like playing any sports, jumping rope, hula-hooping, etc. can be great exercise!

that stinks. The beaches are nice though. Personally, i don't like swimming in the ocean that much, but other people might. I do like sitting and building stuff with sand and getting tan though ;). lol. I don't really get tan though. I get sunburned. hahaha

Oh, it's ironic how I found out who Regan was actually. I was searching THIS site, girlslife, and I clicked on entertainment. There's a tab entitled "Jams" and Regan was on there. They said she was supposedly the next Taylor Swift, so I listened to her music. She's no Taylor, but she has her own special perks about her songs, so I downloaded it from itunes.

A little cold in the winter though. During the summer it's nice. The beaches and oceans are fun to go to.

I just finished bancamp 2day! Wuz alot of work but still fun even though the heat made me fight with some people while setting drill, but its kewl now! and the piccolos get to do this solo! we stand in an arch formation and this drum guy (hez haut lol and he wrote the drill for the show!) stands in the middle of us while we play and we get to cross r feet cutely im exited lol!Smile And im suuuuuuper tan now!
