hey ineed lots of help. mmmmkay well skool started august 31. a close friend of mine has had 5 bfs since thn. 2 of them have been frends of hers exes.well she'l go iut with a guy and then get dumped or dump them and make another guy feel sorry for her then she'll go out with that dude. well i just found out that she told her friend to tell her now ex bf that she was making out with some other dude just cuz she didnt wana tell him that she wasnt into him.and i just found out she was cheating on one of her bfs from last year. my friends and i need help figuring out what to do. leave your answer on my profile thanks!!!!!

Thank you sooo much for the advice on my period. It helps alot. I do use a heating pad sometimes, but my cramps are really bad so sometimes it doesnt help that much. I mean they were so bad I was on the floor in the fetal position. Anyway, I will have to try the bath next time. I've read stuff on this site about my period and it helped a lot too. Also I have a questions about tampons. Well not really a question but I was wondering if you could give me any suggestions. I really want to use a tampon, but I am embarressed to ask my mom. Well first of all, does your BFF seem happy w/ this new girl? If she does or if she doesnt, then you should still try to talk to her. I would say, when the other girl isnt't around, that you really miss hanging out w/ her a lot, and that you feel like this new girl just isnt really a great person to hang out with, or that she is a bad influence, or that she doesnt bring out a very good side in her, or what ever the issue is. Listen to wat she has to say, and listen without trying to defend yourself. If she had no idea that her new friend wasnt being very nice to you and others, she might rethink her new friendship. If not, maybe she'll come around in a little while and realize the mistake that she was making. Keep on trying to stay close w/ her, like inviting her to a sleepover w/ out the other girl, or going to the movies or just something fun like that. She sounds like a great friend as you probably know, so keep on making an effort, and things will work out fine

Hey gatorbabe16!! This is volleyballgirl102 again! I have another question....
Recently I think I was played by this guy. I dont even like him that much, but I'll just tell u what happened.
It was about a month and a half ago, and it was like after dinner and i turned on my computer. I signed on to my IM account and started to IM some of my friends, when I got a message from this guy that i know pretty well in my class, I used to like him and he used to like me. We just started talking about our summer and just saying hi and stuff when all of a sudden he wanted 2 play Truth Or Dare. So we did that for a while, like an hour maybe, it was really fun and totally harmless.
We kept on playing Truth Or Dare like this for a couple weeks on IM and text, and it was really fun! We became really close friends, and he would compliment me a lot. Saying my contact picture was really pretty, or that my hair looked nice or something. And then one time for a Dare I asked him to describe his 'dream girl' and he completely described me!! He later admitted it, it was kinda funny, kinda weird. He started to almost become like, obsessed w/ me, it was kinda weird. My BFF, who I can trust w/ anything said the she really thought he really liked me. He would also always do like a little sad face when i had to sign off or smthing. I didnt think it really meant anything, i just thought he was being really forward, because he was known for that. And i was kinda flattered actually lol!
But then a couple two days ago, i got an IM from him saying 'hey'. So i replied, thinking he was gonna talk about Truth Or Dare or smthing like that. (About a week before he had dared me to hug him for like 10 seconds on the first day of school and a bunch of dares like that.)
But then he said "Hey, do u wanna just cancel all of the dares we ever dared each other to do?" and so I replied and said "Sure, how come?" And he just said "Cus, I dont want to and u dont want 2" and then he just signed off, and hasnt talked to me at all. That was about 3 days ago.
Why do u think he did that? I dont even like him like that, but I'm just curious why he cut ties w/ me all of a sudden. My BFF and I were talking earlier and we both have a thought of why he did that: Recently he was pressuring me to do this really innapropriate hug for a Dare that i wont like, explain, but I always refused to do it. But he kept on bringing it up and I would always tell him to shut up about and then just sign off. So my BFF and i were thinking that maybe he got bored of me refusing to do what he wanted so he just stopped talking to me all together.
I dont miss those dares at all, but I miss him as a friend. He was really funny, and always seemed to kno what i was talking about. And we know each other pretty well, I've gone to school w/ him since Kindergarten. What do u think happened? Do u think it was something I did, or was he just being a jerk? Sorry it took awhile for your response! I've been SUPER busy! Congrats on getting your period! Sorry everyone is bombarding you with questions; they'll have theirs soon too, and this will die down. Here are some tips:

- Start out with pads. Your flow should be light at first anyway.

- Become comforate with having your period before using tampons. They are totally awesome, but some girls are scared to use them. If you are, don't use them! If you aren't comforatable with something, don't do it!

- I use Tylenol or Advil for cramps, but I heard Midol works well too. If it's still bothering you, try a heating pad or a hot bath (you don't need a tampon if your alone and have no clothes on to stain). The heat can be annoying when it's a billion degrees outside, but it relaxes the muscles.

- There's really nothing to mask if you're prepared. Wear thick enough pads to absorb your flow, or if you wear tampons make sure you are using the right size. You'll have to mix it up to see what works for you in the beginning, just like pads. Start out with regular or light, and go up from there if you need it. You may need to use different sizes for different days of your period. Plus, wearing darker clothes also helps.

- Having your period doesn't mean you have to stop your life. Exercising helps relieve cramps, and make sure you drink plenty of water. Caffiene will also make you feel icky.

- I know this sounds weird, but if you like Cheez-its, go for it! I eat the regular cheddar kind and it actually helps relieve my cramps. I read a comment on this site where a girl said the white cheddar Cheez-its helped her cramps, so give it a try!

- Make sure you read the articles about your period on this site, and comment back here if you have any more questions!

My advice to you is to try a AA cup or a padded bra. It'll give you a little extra boost, and don't worry, you'll start developing soon!

Tampons totally work if you put them in right. They're so great! It might feel a little uncomfortable the first time. But, if you have it in right and you are use to them, you can't even feel them. Check the paper in the box to make sure you are doing it right. You have to push the applicator up towards the small of your back, push the tampon out of the applicator and pull it out. The cotton part of the tampon should be far enough in so that it is not exposed. The string will hang out of you. Try putting a mirror on the floor in front of the toilet, and putting one foot on the seat. This way you can see what you are doing, and it's easier than just standing up. You may have to experiment with different sizes, so test some out before you go. Once you get the hang of it, they're totally worth it, so keep trying!

2) I had this same problem at the end of sixth grade (a year ago). This guy used me to get another girl, but I really liked him. I couldn't get over him for around 2 months! If you haven't already, don't let him know your not over him. It's so much better. The guy I was talking about earlier knew, and he just kept stringing me along. Anyway, since he's already moved on you should too, so the best thing to do is cut your ties with him. Anything that reminds you of him either throw them out or save them in a box under your bed or somewhere out of the way. Have a girls' night out with your besties to help you get him off your mind. I find the best way to get over a guy, is to find a new one. I'm sure there's other totally crush-worthy guys at your school to focus on. No cuties catching your eye? Try a new camp this summer! There's tons of camps in every town. Try the next one over! There's no sense crushing on a taken guy anyway.

2) How do you get over a boy that dumped you that you really like? This guy dumped like in March, but i still think about him all the time, and it makes me really sad to remember our relationship.
