Try to tell your friend that those are the classes that you are better at. Remind her that everyone has their strengths and weaknesses and English is one of yours. She probably has a lot of strengths too! Try to help her focus more on what she can do rather than what she can't. If telling her she did good on a project/test doesn't work, try talking about something else that see good at. Sonnet or later she will realize that she has awesome talents too. Good luck!
