If you want the feminine look, stay in the florals. Find a shirt with littler print flowers and a V neck, if u need to put a tank under the V neck, do one with a lacey top. Then tuck in that shirt into a girly mini skirt (preferably jean) and use a belt with a cute buckle (aka peace sign, flower, hooks, etc.) You can do leggings if you want. wear flats, charm necklaces (see claires), and do your hair in a cute up-do ( if too short, try flipping it out!)
