Depending on how heavy your flow is you should change it every 4 to 8 hours. So if its heavy change closer to 4 hours apart and if its not so heavy you can change closer to 8 hours. Also it is ok sleep in a tampon, just change it right before bed and right when you wake up. As for which ones you should buy its kind of a personal decision. If your really nervous i suggest using a slender or slim tampon which are made for light flows of girls new to tampons. If its a little heavier and your interested in using a regular tampon (theyre really not much different ) go for it! Basically there are 3 absorbancy levels, light, regular, and super. use a tampon that fits your flow and comfort level. I personally prefer playtex sport regular Let me know if you need anything else!

That is true... it is high school! My school system is just with our small town, so 99% of the people are staying with the town's high school. A couple people are going to private, but not many! It will be wierd for me because we get laptops to take home in 7th and 8th grade, but they dont have them in high school! I probably wont be on as much because of this so if i dont respond back right away, we have to give them back on wednesday.

I have one dag thats a lab. I love him! hes pretty big for a 1 year old! haha what kind of dog is urs? Im really excited for the end of school but im also gonna b really sad because ill miss it! ive been to the same school system for my whole life so each time we go to a new period of time like from elementary to middle... it gets kinda emotional!

Yeah, I go back around september 1st! much different! One morning it can be rainy, and then in the afternoon, it will be so nice out you cant believe it rained! (this happened on saturday!) So that means youre in that heatwave then? I saw on the today show it was like 109º! Thats just too hot!

dinner- hamburger helper, carrots, and for dessert some white chocolate yogurt (yoplait light, so 100 cals!)

I am doing a lot better... cuz on wii fit it said i gained 8 POUNDS!!!!! i want to lose them.. so i have been eating a lot healthier. since it's morning, here's what i had yday:
bfast- oatmeal with blueberries w/ skim milk
snack- 1 oz. walnuts
lunch- a lean ham sandwhich with mustard and cheese (mustard boosts your metabolism!!)
dinner- tacos with carrots
and i did an awesome w/o to boost your metabolism!

lunch- turkey/ cheese sw with corn chips, orange slices, milk, and a small choc. chip cookie
dinner- veggie soup with ham sandwhich, half a slice of banana bread, an apple, pink lemonade, a girl scout cookie, and a small monster cookie bar
snacks- nutrigrain bar, granola bar with banana and pb on top (it's SO good if you havn't tried it!!)
and i did a mix of dance/ and tae bo today

hey. i saw your comment about how you texted your crush and he would always text you back, but now he wouldn't. well, pretty much the exact thing was happening to me! i would text my crush and he would always respond back. and he even texted me first sometimes. but then when i texted him one time, he didn't respond. and then i would text him again after a few days and he would never respond. so then i eventually stopped texting him cause i thought i was being annoying. after like a few weeks, i asked him why he never responds to my texts anymore and he said that his phone got disconnected because of his grades. and he got his phone back today! so i can't wait to text him. that might be why he hasn't texted you. unless you've seen him with his phone like after school or something. but i would ask him instead of trying to figure it out on your own. it'll do you a whole lot of good. i know it helped me a lot! bye

yeah ikr?? i have just been eating to many sweets. i tried giving them up for lent- that didn't work. i tried rewarded myself with something if i ate healthy (like if i do well today, i can paint my nails or something) that didn't work. i've tried chewing gum... that helps but i can't afford to buy soo many packs. UGHH!! i just don't know what to do cuz if i try getting rid of junk in my house my dad gets mad cuz he likes to eat sweets sometimes!! any other ideers??

Hey Chica, i know, i have been doing suckish lately too. I need something like a reward at the end of the week for eating healthy or something. I have been eating these "magic cookie bars" all the time.. but luckily they're all gone!!
