Hey chica here's an answer to your advice!-
I had a similar problem just recently i like 2 guys but 1 has a gf and other is single, im shy to but if I wanted to make a guy see me(it might seem weird but still works) Smile and stare! stare at him(not in a creepy way but look at him intently) till he looks at you (then finally notices you!)you then look a way real quick, then do it over again. Eventually when you get up the courage you will be able to say "hi" or "whats up" then eventually become friends and then when its the perfect time to ask him out you will know(also you could skip becoming friends and ask him out, but most relations are better if they started out friends)
