I have a sister too! I have been playing How to Save a Life by the Fray. Maroon 5 is a great band. Whats your fave song? Mine might be "She Will Be Loved", but I'm not sure.

You're welcome!! That's so great, I'm so proud of your sister for making that decision. I hope things keep looking up for both of you

Hey girl! I'm so sorry for both you and your sister. It's true that cutting is what people turn to, to relieve both stress and depression. Cutting helps people to feel they are taking control of their feelings and certain situations and that they are shedding what ever is bothering them. You are right to be worried however, as is dangerous. Your sister may feel like cutting is now beyond her control (she sounds like a really nice person so I doubt this is something she really wants to be doing). I would try telling her how worried you are about her and how much you care that she stays safe. If she is continuing to cut, it may be time for her to see a therapist or a professional who may be able to help her stop. Think of happy thoughts and fill your mind with happy pictures before going to bed...the dreams you are having are scary but always remember that it's just because you're worried about her. It's not a sign that, that's actually going to happen or anything. I hope this helps!! Keep me posted if you have any other questions.

Oh sorry I said your ankle it was your wrist! Sorry 'bout the mistake!
kikidee12 on 2/17/2011 8:43:08 PM
Nicely (without blaming the roller skates) tell your parents that the reason you sprained your ankle was because they were rentals and they were broken and you didn't realize it and tell them next time you will make sure your more careful and pay attention and check to make sure that they aren't broken. Tell them that your dream is to become a professional skater and ask them (no whining) if they will let you skate again. If they need to think about it don't ask them everyday no matter how anxious you may be for the answer. If your patient the more likely the answer will be yes. Oh and also make a time to talk when their not busy or distracted.
Hope all goes well!

i noticed you had a question on carolinerr's profile. idk if you already went to the waterpark, but if you haven't, DO NOT put a tampon in. you risk TSS if you out in a tampon in when you r not on ur period. this does mean you will get ur period soon, most likely. but if ur gonna go a waterpark, water pressure actualy stops the flow of blood or in your case, discharge. so dont worry!
pippip24 on 11/8/2010 6:24:59 PM
Hey girl! i saw a comment on another girl's profile asking about discharge. i've actually heard that when ur in water, ur discharge or period stops or slows down... im not completely sure that thats true but if u notice alot of discharge, u can wipe it out of your underwear and then it wont feel weird anymore (i know it sounds gross, but its better). i wouldnt wear a tampon if u havent gotten your period yet but dont wear a pantyliner or pad to this pool thing cuz it will either fill up with water, or fall out! i hope this helps! thanks girl and if u ever need advice on ANYTHING at all, i'd be happy to help u! just leave a comment on my profile! thanks so much girly!
rayrayrox888 on 10/10/2010 11:01:58 PM
That stuff is totally normal! It's called discharge. It's completely normal, unless it has a fishy odor. Then, you need to have a chat with your doctor. I have discharge about 18 months before my first period, but for some girls its as little as 3 months before their first period. You can wear a panty liner in your panties to absorb some of it.
When you go to the water park, do NOT, I repeat, do NOT wear a tampon. You can ONLY wear a tampon when your on your period. You should be fine while your in the water though.
peace, love, and caroline!
ps- if you have any other questions, ask me
