your friend is very lucky to have a friend like you who cares so much about her and knows whats best. First, you need to sit her down and have a very serious conversation with her. Ask her if she is seriously considering having sex to get pregnant. If she says yes and truely means it very calmly explain to her how it would make YOU feel if she had a baby. Let her know how upset you would be because you know that if she became a mother she wouldnt have time to do fun stuff with you and your other friends like seeing movies shopping and hanging out with each other because she would have another human to take care of and be responsible for. By using "I" statements instead of "you can't do this its so stupid you'll ruin your future" explain with I. This will hopefully let her know that you care about her and your relationship together and not just wanting her to not do something she wants to do. Using I statements also leaves suddle hints to her like, we wont be able to hang out anymore or go to movies without actually blurting that out. If she doesnt listen to this move on to the fact that she would be losing her virginity to a guy she doesnt really care about just to have a baby. Ask her why she would want to give that up to be a teen mom. Another thing you could mention to her is babysitting, suggest a neighbor that was looking for some help with the little ones so she could be with babies, but not have the responsibility of them ALL the time. If all else fails and she refuses to listen. talk to your parents and ask them if you should tell a guidence councelor, doctor, or your friends mom and they will get you through the nitty gritty part of actually stopping her from having sex.
