I just saw your post on the Bod Squad period thing. I had the same problem when I first got my period, wondering which tubes to pull out, andwhich to leave in your tampon. Neither tube stays in you. You push the cotton part out into you, and then put the two cardboard or plastic tubes in the wrapper, into the trash, unless it says flushable applicators. Do you get it now? Because I noticed the modds answer wasnt very helpful. Hope this helps, it you need more details, post on my page. Ill answer. Tampsons can be confusing, dont feel bad.
