Hey girl! I have to post my response to your MOD on your profile since some of our younger readers are not at the maturity level to read your MOD on our website.
As for telling your dad. It doesn't seem like he is at the level of understanding to give you the support you need for the discovery of your true sexual orientation. I would suggest telling your mom first since she seems more understanding and ask her how she thinks you should tell your dad. It may be some time before he is ready to hear these things.
As for your friend. You're just going to have to find some time to talk to her privately and tell her that though you were unsure at first, you are well aware now that you want to be in a relationship with her and are willing to do what it takes to make it work. Hope everything works out!
