hey! i saw that last month you tried to ask a mod if you could get results from a workout while having money problems and being on a certain diet. well i can say that there are tons of cheap health foods! the cheapest are good old fruits and veggies of course! and even better, if your town has a farmers market or an organic food store or even a general store nearby they usually have good produce at even cheaper prices! also, try to eat lots of protien. eggs, meats, (try not to eat to much deli meats, because those are processed and therefore not good for you if you eat them to much.) and not too much salty food or junk food. another thing is caffeine. dont have to much caffeine either. i know how the money issue is, my family is having some money issues to and i hope this helps you! comment on my profile and tell me if this is good advice or if its not that great.
