im in 7th grade and at my school they only let u wear mascara and lipgloss for middle school(i go to a christian school) so its not so easy to cover up zits. any ideas??? well now i have some classes with 8th graders and one of them has recently started picking on me. she kicks me up against my locker when she walks by, she says im ugly and makes fun of my clothes. one time she told me that she could see my blue bra under my shirt. and she said it so every one could here!!! my parents kno and have emailed the dean of students, but nothing has changed! help me!!!

hey!the thing that worries me the most is that she never told me that she was pregnant until now.ulape and her husband tary have been coming over and moving there stuff into our house.we made our garage into a bedroom and ulape,tary,and the baby will be sleeping in there.they will move in on september 1.also,ulape told me that i have to see the birth.i really dont wanna see the birth,but i have to.ulape said that if i see the birth,she'll get me 8 sily bandz and buy me a poptropica membership,but i still dont want to see it.help!

for some reason they wanted to fight her because she was supposibly "talking crap". they just wanted an excuse, of course. and yeah, i had a boyfriend for a year, and he caused me and my friends to have a couple fights, and he ended up cheating on me. and he tried getting me back but i learned my lesson so i turned him down. lol speaking of the devil, i just saw him with my friend and he asked me if i liked him. haha

Hey Girl! well your certinaly on the right track on getting better abbs! The secret to great abbs is Cardio and Stomach Stregnth Training! So u say your running every morning! Running is a GREAT cardio exersize! But some other good ones are Bikeing, Swimming, Rock Climbing, Rowing, Cardio Machines and even just walking! Obiously your not going to be able to go out and go rock climbing every morning.. but thoes are just some good ideas! and maby you'll be able to come up with some of your own! Now Stomach Stregnth Training is to make your stomach muscles bigger obviously! so here are some stomach exersizes you could try! Basic Crunches, Leg Lifts, Oblique Crunches (Lie on your back, knees bent, so your left foot is resting flat on the floor. With your right knee bent, place your right foot across your left knee.) Bicycles, and squats! I would do cardio no more than 30-45min a day and i would pick maby 2 of the Abdominal Exersizes do 25 of each and use a rotation and do that rotation maby 3 times... ugh motavation... grr.. that always gets me to chica... the BEST thing that helps me get out and go run is getting with my bff and we go running together, another thing that helps me is (this may sound stupid... but) DANCE! put on your fav song and dance to it! hopefully by the time your dont your up and rarein to go!!!!.... this is always something that got me to tryin to stay full.. what i would recomend is protene.. if you go running in the morning, try haveing eggs for breakfast! or another VERY healthy thing to do is to have a hand full of almonds every day it dosnt have to be a big had full just a small hand full.. also idk if you've ever herd of them but Cliff Bars! there like REALLY YUMMY protene bars! My Vball coach would make all of us eat one 1 hour before our games and my dad makes me eat one 1hour befor gymnastics practices they keep you full and there REALLY YUMMY! well i hope this helps! good luck!

Hey girl! This is they guy expert from the alpha council, sorry it took a while to get back to you! i've been super busy. This was your question: kk well theres this guy and i really like him and stuff and we've been hanging out and fooling around and stuff but hes not my boyfriend...our relationship is kinda undefined...(this is where it gets complicated) my boyfriend commite suicide three weeks ago. i feel absolutely terrible that two weeks after he died i started messin around with someone else. i relaize that hes dead so that means were broken up but i cant help but feel bad...do you think its wrong to get a new bf so quickly? i loved my bf he was one of my best friends so i think hed want me to be happier? and how do i ask the guy if he considers us going out? like id rather not ask him straight up cuz thatd be embarrassing if he said no. And here's my answer: Hey girl! First of all, I am sooo sorry about your old bf! Stuff like that is really hard. I think that perhaps you need to take some time just for yourself since it was so recent. You said you were really close to your old bf, so that has to be tough. As for the new boy, ever heard of a rebound? I'm thinkin that you might be having one right now. You felt so utterly aweful about your bf's death that you wanted to just move on to someone new and forget everything. The problem is, you can;'t outrun your problems. Yes, sometimes it feels bettter to just try to move on - but is that really what you want? To just forget everything you had with your old bf and get a new one? It's tough stuff that you're dealing with here. Secondly, the thing about are-we-or-aren't-we? withyour new guy ... it's better just to ask straight up. If he says no, you are better off anyways - because that means that he was just leading you on. It's better to find out, even if the answer is no, than to just keep wondering. Again, I'm sorry about everything and I know my advice isn't the happiest, but it isn't a happy situation. Good luck.

I read your MOD bout your bf commiting suicide. I know how horrible that is. My friend's dad committed suicide when she was eight. So, it's not exactly the same but its similar. She is so sad a lot of the time because when somebody commits suicide it makes the people left behind wondering if it was their fault and why that person would end their life. Why werent they worth living for? Im SOOOOO sorry you had to go through that. Sometimes I give my friend advice. I hope it turns out better and im sorry that your rep got ruined by that guy.
