I know that everyone is free to state their own opinion, and so as you were entitled to your opinion on GL's article about Utah's new sex ed law, I can state my opinion about your opinion. Anyway, below is one of your comments. "It's not the school's job to teach kids about that kind of thing. These kids have parents that are perfectly capable of teaching their children about safe sex. It's not like they're completely banning everyone in the state from talking about it- they're just not going to teach about it in schools. While I complete agree that all parents are very "capable" of teaching their children about safe sex not all parents do. I am also aware that most Christians, especially Mormons believe that you should not have sexual intercourse until married but, not every single person in Utah is Mormon nor do all apply this rule to their life. For example my mom's family is Mormon but, my mom's cousin(also Mormon)who lives in Utah had two children at a young age without ever marrying the father. I personally do not recommend this I simply used it as evidence. Your opinion is somewhat valid and looks correct at first glance, so I can see where you are coming from. I just want you to know that GL just wants to protect as many girls as possible from making mistakes. Not everyone has good, responsible parents who will teach their children about safe sex. It shouldn't be the schools priority to teach safe sex methods to their students but, because not all parents will it is necessary for the schools to make sure all their students are properly educated. Sorry this was so long and I hope you take no offensive. I was not at all questioning your intelligence on the opinion I just wanted to make sure you were aware of the reason that schools feel they have to teach safe sex. Thank you for reading <3

Just wanted to let you know that your wrong about the article about H&M! GL is always being criticized by girls like you...if you don't like it, leave. Also, they never said anything about skinny girls not being ideal! They meant to say that there ISN'T an "ideal body" for any sex out there!
