Hey I honestly don't know anything about curly hair or perms because I have straight hair. I have heard that it can cause a lot of damage tho, so you might want to look at more options. Try talking to a hair stylist and maybe see what she thinks! As for the guy, if he tells you himself that he likes you, then you should tell him you're not looking for a boyfriend at the moment. I've done that before. If he's constantly flirting with you or texting you, messaging you, etc. just don't reply as often or don't flirt back at all. Keeping conversations to a minimal send the hint that you don't feel the same way. Good luck with everything xox
