Hey! I saw your mod about thigh exercises, and I know a few. Okay, here they are:
Sit on the edge of a chair with your knees parallel with your hips. Hold on to the sides of the chair, and lift your legs a couple inches of the ground. Spread your legs, while keeping your knees bent, and bring them back in. Do them till you can't do 'em anymore! Haha! This also works on you abs. Make sure you use your thigh muscles!
If you have little ankle weights, put them on and walk around your house, but lift your legs up a little more each step. This is kind of gradual, but it shows after a little while, and it also helps if you have to go up steps a lot at your school!
If you have to stay after school and you don't have anything to do (as in, do your HW and then do the following..), then you can do the stairs (if you have them). Go up and down until you are out of breath. Trust me, it works. Then do it as many times as possible in the next couple of weeks.

hey girl, i saw ur question about contacts.....i always wore glassed, and the contacts did give me more confidence. my eyes are bright blue and everyone is telling me how pretty they are. also, contacts dont screw up your eyes as long as you take care of them. u know like switching them every two weeks, storing them with solution, and rinsing them before putting them in ur eye. im 13 and just got mine like a month ago, and im telling you the frist couple weeks will be HARD. if u expect to be able to get contacts, put them in right away and be all so happy, im just saying its not like that. it took me like an hour to get them in. but dont get me wrong, whence u get better they are great, and so easy! so im not trying to tell u not to get contacts ( because thyere great!) im just tellin you not to be stressed or mad the first couple of weeks! k girl!

hey, gal... heard bout ur makeup prob, and i might be able 2 help...
First, just ask your mom about a sublte color eyeliner. for example, if your eyes are brown, coose a black or light brown, and don't go too crazy with wearing it if your mom lets you get it... i would recommend just putting it on the top lid for a while... hope this helps,

The bicyvle sounds good, I know how to do it but I never really feel like I'm doing it right, but I'll try harder. Do you know any good cardio to do besides jogging and swimming?

Yeah abs would be good, usually during my workouts I try to do a little of everything, but inside of that it would be pretty good to foce=us on one thing. The best thing for abs that I can think of is crunches, I don't really know what else there is.

So I'm a little overweight but not much, and I'm pretty fit, (it sucks though cus the flab I do have is kinda covering my muscles, except for my thighs, they're really toned ) I've lost some weight already, but I'm not at my goal yet. I eat pretty healthy, especially lately, sweets don't usually tempt me. My main issue is that I get bored with the same old workout, not so much my strength training, but when it comes to cardio. For that I basically just jog and jump on my trampoline, and I'm starting to reach a plateau with it all, I don't seem to be losing as much weight lately so I need to kind of spice things up.

hey i saw ur comnt on the dress artical and i dn't think ur underweight i'm 13 5'8 and i weigh 106 too so i wouldn't worry about it its just ur skinny(i'm skinny too) but ur not underweight (i'm almost 14 so were about the same) so yea but if u think u need 2 gain weight then listen to the mod who gave u advice on that comnt l8r alligator

hey about ur weight prob! i have the EXACT same problem! eat whole mily yogurt! (sounds groose but taste like pudding and rly good pudding at that!lol) and try whole milk instead of the 2% or skim! hope that helps ask me anything else if u want!

OMG!hey!!! im just lyk u...im rly tall 4 my age... lyk the 85 percentile...and rly skinny....15 percentile...im 30 POUNDS underweight. but it doesnt rly look bad...it just looks fit...i gess...but i wudnt go by wat ur SUPPOSED 2 weigh...cuz every1 is so obese nowadays....its lyk an unfair average! unless you FEEL uncomfortable or hungry...just enjoy yourself, and think of all the well...lets just say "squat" ppl, that wud do nething 2 have your body!!! dont try cramming junky foods tho...its the thick, beefy, healthy foods that will bulk you up....enjoy and eat what you want...YOURE NOT THE 1 THAT HAS 2 WORRY ABOUT A DIET..SO JUST HAVE A BLAST IN THE FOOD WORLD!!! yay!! ♥♥♥
