hey girl make sure your as high up on releve as you can. also really whip you head around to your spot thats the key thing for double turns. also use your arms and make sure your foot is connected to your knee thru the whole turn. hope this helps and remember to spot!!!!

Well, we went to see UP, and guess what was going on when we left the theater? TORNADO SIRENS WERE WAILING. I was VERY freaked out because I am deathly afraid of tornadoes (but surprisingly not storms, I think they are beautiful). So we ran to the car and turned on the weather radio and apparently there were 3 possible tornadoes in the area!!! So by this time we are racing home in the pitch black skies, and I'm sobbing because I'm so petrified. All over are these HUGE strikes of lightning and it's just awful. When we get home we turn on the weather channel. You know how rain goes on the scale of green to yellow to red to dark red to purple? Well, there's PURPLE everywhere, including over our town!! So I'm even more freaked out and I overreact and think I'm going to die. Turns out the "storm cell" in our area didn't produce any tornadoes until it went south, and we weren't hit again that night. Nothing got damaged, excluding me. I was a shaky mess for the rest of the night!

over the weekend i had my friend sleep over! also we swam in our pool! it was great! i also rode in a parade on top of a fire truck and threw candy! all the firefighters kids got to do it!(my dad is a firefighter!) it was awesome! what did you do over the weekend?
