no problem! i will post on your profile and mine for other curious people. ok um so if he starts acting confused or like weird (out of the ordinary lol) have him check his bloodsugar (yeah i know bossy but u gotta do what u gotta do) or tell an adult, because he might be low. uuummmm if he starts having headaches or stomach aches, he might wanna test himself cuz he might be high (high bloodsugar)and if it's above 240 he should check for keytones (he should know how and when but u know just in case).

OH GUESS WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i started the first clique book this weekend. saw the movie. LOVED IT!! they are so mean but i still love the clique! i'm totally addicted. i am starting to talk like the clique because i bought the cliqutionary.

first of all, is he type one or type two? in type 1 (i have that) the pancreas stops producing beta cells and therefore stops making insulin, which is a hormone in your body that keeps a non - diabetic persons' bloodsugar around 100 and that is normal. but when the insulin is not distributed, the bloodsugar will go through the roof (around 300 or higher) which can lead to coma. the person will start having the symptoms i listed earlier, then will be smart and get to the doctor. it goes from there. in type 2, the pancreas still makes insulin, but the body does not know how to use it. so then the person will get similar symptoms to the ones listed earlier and will go to the doctor and blah blah. the person will need to take oral meds (pills) to help the pancreas release insulin.

ok nvm about commenting on your profile but anyways that's so cool (not that we have diabetes but you know what i mean) that someone else on here has diabetes. celiac is gluten intolorence (i can't spell well). gluten is in A LOT of things, but there is a gluten - free substitution for pretty much everything (except goldfish crackers) so yeah... gluten is found in bread, pasta, etc.
