Hey girl! here are my(kinda late i'm sorry) answers to your questions. 1. Forever 21, Rue 21, Target, Charolette Russe. 2. I don't know what kind of hair you have(curly, straight, wavy) but from what info you did give me i would reccomned that you get it cut about 2 inches shorter and get long blended layers.
