Hey girl!! The guy you like just might be shy!! If you like a boy who's shy, most of the time you have to make the first move. Ask him to go to the pool with you sometime, or if you see him there, hang out with him!! And about him only returning some of your texts, well, guys don't have their phone with them 24/7. Be patient for him to text back. And also, sometimes he might be kind of shy. Suggest somewhere you could hangout together, and when you get there, maybe ask him out!!! Make sure you ask your parents first though!! Smile
