nothin muchh, my friend kenzie had a football game yesterday and she passed out. i was there. the ambulance came and took her to the hospital to get fluids cause she was dehydrated! that was sooo scary. well she's feeling better now, which is good. it was like 75 degree's yesterday with the sun beating down on us. it was warmer than we all thought.

Hmm... I've never seemed to try that, but it sounds delish! I also have a question... Do you know any good ab workouts? I'm going to Vancouver, Canada on Thursday and I just want to get them alittle better. I do 100-150 crunches every day (50 in the morning, 50 at night). Thank you veryyyyy muchhh!
