hey! i saw your comment on the healthy you program article and you asked about how to tone your calves i have an exercise! stand on the edge of a stair or step on the balls of your feet and then stand up on your tip toes and then back down do it like 15-20 times it really works out your calves! you can comment on my profile if you want
