Hi! I havent been on in a while. So yea, i recently just got your post in my profile. You were asking about my workouts. Well, I do go for jogs once in the morning and at night. No, I am not perfectly thin, I ghave some chub, but thats goo, its not good to have ntohing but skin and bone! I also sit ups and the plank for 2 minutes every morning. I end my day with weights and push ups. Sometimes I won't do my work out, and it really puts me down. Working out makes me feel good about myself and confident about my body. to eat healthy start with switching to a super healthy cereal that will start your day in a healthy direction. choose a cereal with lots of fiber and grain. also start switching to whole grain bread. for lunch if you make your own lunch only pack a sandwhich, fruit, and vegitable! I hope that helps you eat more healthily

hmmm..heres a good abb workout 1.Lay on your back, feet strait up in the air, knees strait, toe pointed (if your legs are not strait and ur toes aren't pointed it won't be as effective) 2.Have someone stand over you, feet on each side of ur head, and have them hold your feet 3.The person will push your feet outwards, and your feet should hover over the ground. keep your knees strait! 4.Using your abbs, pull your legs back up in the air like they were originally. 5.Repeat until you do it 16 times to the front, then do 16 to each side. You should definately feel this! it should hurt, or your not doing it right! Hope this helps!

I have actually never seen that play. I have seen Wicked but that was when our high school drama thing performed it, they were really good tho. I'm like a nail-polish-aholic! Right now my nails are painted purple and neon yellow and my toes are painted hot pink with a white flower.

lol yeah, we get snow (and personally I think we get waaaay too much, I can send some to u if you want ) Do you get all four seasons or is it just like spring and summer there? We get every season and I hate it! I'd much rather have summer everyday of the year! I love hot hot hot weather but for most of the year here its cold, snowy, or rainy. But for the whole what, two months, three months of summer it's usually around 70-80 sometimes even 90 degrees. Then I'm happy On those nice days I lay on my deck and just lay in the sun all day or go swimming lol kinda long, I like to ramble. ttys, ash
