Hey! How about you make her a cute scrapbook about with a page or two dedicated to ice skating? You could make the rest of her scrapbook about your friendship with her and for the page(s) about ice skating, you could put in pictures of her skating, pictures of sparkly skating outfits, pictures of famous skaters, a list of awards she's won, and stickers of ice skates. That way, you'll be giving her something related to skating, but it will be personalized. Good luck! And if you have any more questions, don't hesitate to ask me!
