Hey I saw your question about stretches for the splits, and while I'm not in gymnastics, cheer, or dance, I am in tae kwon do, and I'll tell you some of the stretches we do. (we also do jump splits and other gymnastic stuff) We do neck rotations, shoulder rotations, hip rotations and knee rotations. Then we do something we call short stance, basically facing one side and touching your toes, then long stance where you go down bend one knee and keep your other leg straight, do these on both sides. Then sit down, ankle rotations, then hold your foot out in front of you, and then go on your side. Do this with both legs. Then do a sideways split and sit down, lean to your left, then right, then all the way down, touch your forehead to the floor. Then do butterflies, and then touch your nose to your toes. This gets you loose. Don't forget to run and warmup before trying those moves. Have fun! Hope I helped.

Hey babe, I saw your post about earning money, and just two weeks ago I was in the exact same boat. I was trying to raise half of $250 dollars so my friend and I coulod get front row seats to the Celtic Woman concert in May. To earn most of that money, my BFF and I worked for her parents by doing lots of yard work, then my mom, then we did extra chores (or if you dont do any) start. I know theres not many things to do in winter, like a garage sale, but you'll find stuff and goodluck with your bike! xoxo Beck
