I have a Chihuahua. Shes kinda big for a Chihuahua, but she's still cute. And I know how it feels with the leaving middle school being emotional! It's hard to leave where alot of memories happened. Also some friends go to diff schools. But just think- you're moving onto something bigger and better!

The hottest its gotten so far is about 102-104. And we have bi-polar weather too! A few days ago it was completely HOT and then in the evening it rained! I like that sometimes it will do that. I just hate the spring winds.

yeah, it seems like you earlier start early or get out like...there doesn't seem to be a happy medium. Only 18 more days of school for me! I can't wait! My dad's side of the family are going to meet us on the Big Island at the end of June for a sort of family reunion...I haven't been there since 1st grade! I love it, so this is gonna be a great summer, I hope.

I wear shorts year round! I'm not kidding, my school uniform is literally khaki shorts and our school's pollo shirt ( I go to private). Nope, I'm in 7th. I probabaly could have skipped a grade, but I choose not to. As to the jeans, I still wear them here, but I get super hot. Your luckily you can wear jeans without sweating.

I'm nervous too! I'm part time home schooled now, so high school full time will be wayyy different! I'm just nervous because I wont know anyone. I'm really excited though because of all the sports and clubs and activities I will get to do.

yeah, I guess when I go back to cold, I'll get sick of it too. Right now, my dad is in the military, and the next time we transfer, he's going to try to get us stationed in Washington D.C., which would be totally fun, but no matter where I move on the mainland, I'd have to buy a whole new winter wardobe! I have literally no long sleeve shirts and like, 2 pairs of jeans.

I live on Oahu, that's were Honolulu is. I've also been to Maui, Kauai, and the Big Island, though. I love them all, each is really unique and sooo beautiful. But hey, I would kill for snow. There are like, 16 kids in my homeroom that have never, ever seen snow in real life, just on TV. Boy, they don't know what they're missing! I miss cold...

Lucky! You can't really tell when the seasons are changing her. It definetly rains more in winter, but it makes a TON of waterfalls on this one side of the island...Seriously, you're just driving along and you look to the side and you see at least ten falls up in the mountains. Plus, the waves on the North Shore are HUGE in winter. We had several days with waves that were over 50 feet tall. Other than that, things remain the same. But it's still nice.

Hey Isabel!
I've lived in South Carolina, Oklahoma, Washington State, California, Georgia, Florida, and Hawaii (obv.). I've never been anywhere in New England, so consider yourself lucky to live in Maine! I here the fall is amazing there. The leaves don't really change here. And by the way, the water here is pretty cold, too. Our ocean water comes on currents from Alaska, so you can only imagine... Hey, clarinet was my second choice for an instrument in band! I still secretly wish I could play it...

hey. i saw you needed suggestions for songs for your ipod. well, yesterday i downloaded a really pretty song. it's called hello. the original artist is lionel richie, but i bought the glee version. i love it! it's so pretty! also, if you like miley cyrus she has a new song out from her movie the last song. it's called when i look at you. i also like that one. if you don't like any of those, then you can listen to the radio for new songs that you like. that's what i do. good luck on finding new songs!
