To have a nice smile, you have to be confident to begin with! Give yourself at least two comLiments a day. This will helP you feel better about yourself in general.

If you want your smile to be whiter, brush your teeth with baking soda once a week. It naturally lifts stains from your teeth to male them whiter. Whitnibg strips can make your teeth super sensitive (I used them and that happened to me) so this is a great alternative.

For a natural and good looking smile, giggle a little for the smile to look natural, not forced. Also make sure your eyes are smiling to, if you know what I mean.

To enhance your tan: Wear lighter colors. It will contrast against your skin, making it look darker and more tan then it really is. Dark colors will do the oppisite!

I LOVE hunger games so much! I think it's almost as good as harry potter but a lot better than twilight. For like 48 hrs after i finished, it was ALL i could think about. Peeta is my new celebrity crush, even though he's not a celeb. i ordered catching fire, so haven't read it yet but i eagerly check the mail every day. i am SOOO excited for mockingjay, and i'll be done with catching fire by then. don't u think if a country actually did the hunger games it would be china, north korea or russia?
