i have the same prob with one of my friends moms. she answers the phone like "oh gawd...just hang up" (not rlly!!!!! but i can tell she thinks tht!)
the best way to deal is to take a deep breath. practice how u are going to say hello. "hello Mrs. ____, is _____ home? I have a question for him" then pick up the phone and slowly dial the number. when she answers just say wat u practiced and soon it will be over and ull b talking to ur boy. and hey, she may not even answer!! if u still cant do it, next time u c ur boy in school ior w/e tell him to call u afterwards. i hope i helped!<3333

ok so nooooo sweat! is it a formal? then dresses r pretty much expected. if it doesnt say formal, just wear jeans, a nice top, some cool funky jerlryand a lil eyeliner. dont stress the cant dance deal! at dances u and ur buds just rock out! ervyone does! sing at the top of ur lungs, make up a funny dance with ur bestie, show off ur "moves" to ur BF! ull be laughing in no time! if ur BF wants u to slow dance, heres wat'll hapen: u will put ur arms around his neck and he will lightly put his arms arond ur waist. u will just sway back and forth. most kids dont even look at eachother, they just sway. but hey! if u feel comfortable lookn at him, do it! dances r a fun and kewl way to hang with ppl! just go and enjoy it! <333

okay so ive liked this guy since the beginning of the year. but not only that but he was my best guy friend in the world!! so he had been going out with this girl for a couple months when he told me that he liked me even though he loved her. of course i was so excited to think i had a chance with him.
soooo a couple months later my extreme like for him had turned into love and then him and his girlfriend broke up!! i was so happy!! and better yet HE ASKED ME OUT! so of course i said yes. but later that same day he broke up with me cuz he said he "didnt want a girlfriend" i was devestated but we were still friends so i was fine. but the next day at school me and him were alone in a classroom and we KISSED!! (my first but he didnt ask me out. the next couple days he would call me and we would talk and we would hug and stuff so we were practically going out he just wouldnt ask me. he didnt call me over the weekend. and when we came back to school... he said he didnt like me anymore and then (it gets worse!!) HE ASKED ONE OF MY FRIENDS OUT!!! > so much for not wanting a girlfriend.

so basically he just used me. and now i lost my best guy friend. ive cried myself to sleep for a week

Also every once in a while, say once a week or something, you can post an atricle, quiz, etc that has to do with friends. I see you already posted that you are the new Head of BFF ... LOVE/heartbreak story, so here goes. i basically am totally head over heels for my guy cousins bestie. He is like the sweetest, cutest, most athletic, funniest guy I have ever met. I see him a lot in the summer when we hang out at my grandparents farm he always comes with my cousin. But he is a year older and I don't know if he thinks of me as anything other than his adopted cousin you know? Last year when I found out he had a girlfriend I didn't like her just because i was jealous. I daydream about this guy he is like my prince charming but I can't say anything because he is my friend and it might make things weird between us if he doesn't like me. Last year he asked me to help him do something and my cousin was like go hit on some other girl than my cousin and i think he was joking but i have been thinking what if it wasn't but oh this is so frustrating not being able to say anything. thanks for listening its kind of strange telling someone all this, but thanks!

i have a heartbreak story.....

i had the perfect bf. i know thats how they all start-but he was. he called me and texted me all the time, and even said he loved me a few times. we always went to the park to hang out and walk around and talk, and.....wow this is embarrassing.....make out. the first time he kissed me, i thought it was pure bliss. then after the second time, it was a little akward. he would not try to talk to me, and he stopped texting me constantly. i tryed asking him what was up, but he said it was nothing. then the next day at school , one of his friends comes up to me and goes "hey frog". i got really confused until one of my friends told me that my bf had been telling people i kiss like frog! he emailed me the next day saying that he needed space, so he was breaking up with me. now hes trying to be nice to me and talk to me again, and im like NO! my bff wants to know why i wont go out with him if he asks me. she says you either have a thing still, or never did. idk she just doesnt get it. but yea thats my horrible story....
