Its it completely normal to not feel comfortable with your body as a teen. Lots of girls go through it, but this should help i think!
So first off, your being super hard on yourself comparing yourself to your friends. Every one is different and at this age your body is still growing and developing. Some girls will gain weight and then grow taller some will get taller then gain lots of weight some will just gain weight and not get taller, others maybe will get super tall but gain barely any weight. Everything is caused by hormones, genetics and all that other confusing stuff going on in your body that's changing you from a little girl to a young woman. Soooo as for comparing yourself to your friends, give yourself a break. Your friends have things about themselves they are insecure about too, that are different from yours, thats all! So the next time your friends are talking about size or weight if you do not feel comfortable explaining to them why that makes you uncomfortable, you can just change the subject. Although it would probably be good for you to express how you feel to your friends. For an extra self esteem boost, try buying a cute new shirt that is a different style that you think looks better on you. You dont have to wear super tight clothes to be pretty! A cute flowing top and mini skirt is just as adorable as skinny jeans and a tank top
To get more healthy you first should check with your parents and doctor to make sure it is safe for you to change your diet or try to loose weight. To get healthier focus on getting enough rest each night, eating plenty of fruits vegtables, protein, whole grains and drinking lots of water. Also try to be active each day making sure you get enough exercise.
Hope this helped you out! Feel free to ask any more questions you have!
Lots of Love
