Hey girlie! Thanks for checking out my profile for advice! Well, most of the things you need to do to tone your legs are actually stretches!

1) During dance classes, use your highest extensions! Work it HARD that way your legs are becoming stronger and more toned.

2) During dance also keep your pull-up that way your abs are working too!

3) SIT UPS! CRUNCHES! BACK CRUNCHES! You need to do these for your abs, one way to do sit ups would be to have your legs in the straddle splits in the air and sit up. Back crunches are when you lie down on the floor (belly down) and lift your stomach up while keeping your legs on the ground. You should put your arms in 5th position. (ballet)

4) Legs can also be toned by running! And hamstring stretches! Calve stretches work as well!

hey girl i saw your comment the problem with friend a and b and i'm here to help the best i can.
so what to do? what really needs to happen here in this situation is for you to have several different conversations. the first one should be you and B without A in this convo you should talk about if B has talked rudely to A at all in the past if and if they had problems like that in the past. do not talk badly about A behind her back to B that would only make the sitch. worse. then talk to A alone w/o B ask her what made her feel jealous and why she felt that way. tell her how you love her and how upset you were when she talked badly about you. ask what made her ignore you. then finally talk to A and B together explain to them that you are just as much one persons friend as the other and that jealousy is not needed. the last thing to do? set dates to spend quality alone time with A and B and set a date where you can all hang out together.
if A or B doesn't cooperate during a conversation..
explain calmly to them how important your friendship is to you if they don't get it, then they are not worth your time.

Hey! I got your post! This seems a little confusing girlie but let me see if I can help...
So for your boyfriend that you have right now, think: Am I really happy with this guy? Will I still be into him by the time September rolls around? Could I see myself with him for a while longer? Can I really trust him? If any of the answers to these questions are "no", then maybe you should think about maybe staying just close friends, and not necessarily bf/gf.
As for the second guy, you seem to have a lot of good chemistry with him. Put aside the long distance part of it, and ask your self the same questions about your current boyfriend that I said earlier. If the majority of the questions are answered as "yes", then maybe start talking to him more deeply, maybe subtly hint your feelings for him and maybe see where it goes.
And lastly, think about everything that you look for in a guy that you would want to go out with. Then think of both guys and see which one has the most of those qualities/the one you would be the most happy and comfortable with. Hope that helps!

I kno!!! A lot of people can be totally annoying!! But just a couple of days ago, S txted me asked me if all of the girls in our grade hated her because she was hanging out with E. I told her that none of the girls hated her, but they were just a little annoyed that they were becoming this really exclusive group. I helped her figure out what to do about everything and about staying friends with all of her original other friends, and she felt so much better!! So now her, M and I are all going to have a sleepover next Monday!!! So yeah thanks 4 the advice!!! What did you do with ur grandparents?

Hey iluvboys95! I just got your post! That is so cool that you guys r trying to go to the movies 2gether! I've done that b4 and it's really fun And I kind of need some advice...
Well, two of my BFFs (Lets call them S and M) r now starting to hang out with this girl who is really annoying, a flirt and just you know(Lets call her E). E always tries to set people up, like everyday there is another guy she wants to set someone else up with, just to see them get together. She even tried to set me up with this guy who I like hardly ever talk to!!! She is actually the girl that my ex bf(the one that recently broke up with me) used to go out with!!! So anyways, they've(S and M) been hanging out with E for a while and now all of a sudden they've turned to be kind of like her! Like within a week of hanging with her, they were both set up with these boys that I know that they don't even like! Like one time I asked S, who was set up with one of the guys, if she was really happy and she just said "I don't know..." and yeah!!! And the other one who was set up also, M, the guy she was set up w/ dumped her after 2 weeks for the original "new girl" ,E, that they hang out with who set them up in the first place!!! Now E is going out with M's ex!! It is so messed up!!! And then just yesterday, E set M up with this other random guy that she has like never talked to!!! It's so wild, and crazy!! Just after hanging out w/ E, they have just turned really annoying!! I had a sleepover with M and S and all of our original BFFs about 2 or 3 weeks ago and they were their normal loyal, funny, awesome selves!!! I really miss that about them, and this summer I am definatley going to do stuff with just them, minus E. But the thing is is that E like never leaves there side and it's just crazy!! UUUGH!! Srry that waz sooo long but this has just been driving me crazy since we got bak from Spring Break in late April!! Thanks for help and don't worry if you have no idea what to say!! And u guys r so lucky u get out on the 9th of June )))

And thats too bad about the ex and your BFF If you want to talk to her about it than maybe mention it lightly when you two are alone, and say something like, "Hey, I'm really happy for you about getting the guy that you really like, but just so you know, it hurt me a little bit. Hey iluvboys95!! I just got ur post on my page!! That is pretty tough, but I think that I can help. Maybe just tell her that you still have feelings for him and that you still think about him and your relationship. Just say that he hurt you really bad and that you wouldn't want them to go out for two reasons: 1) You still like him and that it would really hurt you if you saw him happy with someone else, even if it was your friend. 2) He hurt you pretty bad, and that as a friend, you wouldn't want to see her get hurt by the same guy in the end, if he broke up with her.
And in the end, who knows. If she is your real friend, she wouldn't end up going out with him. And if she did not really care about how you would feel, then she really isn't. Just play it by ear, and I have been in this situation a couple of times before! And it isn't fun! Like just the other day, that boy that just broke up with me asked one of his exes out, one of my friends! And of course, she said yes, but then like broke up with him like a couple hours later! But supposedly it was like a dare or something or whatever. It was just him and his friends being a jerk and stuff. But anyways, just talk to your friend tomorrow or the next time that you see her and tell her that you still like him and would be really hurt if they went out. And just think, you only have 3 more weeks of dealing with these people. And then, the beauty of SUMMER BREAK!!! LOL!!

I need help, like NOW...
See, I have a boyfriend who I like soooooo much, and we got together the day before Valentine's Day. He was such a sweetie, he would text me all the time, say the nicest things, and then all of a sudden, that next week, he started ignoring me, and would reply with only like one word to his texts. But then that Thursday, he asked me out on a date, and he was so sweet that Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and on Sunday was when we went to the movies. We actually kissed and he said stuff like "I'll miss you!" and all that stuff in his texts. Then, starting like that Wednesday, he went back to ignoring me again. Then, that weekend, he did not text or call me at all. Then I was sick that whole week from school, and he went back to being all nice again that Thursday when I was sick, even asking if I needed help making up any of the work I had to do. Then that Sunday he actually came over to my house and helped me with homework and stuff, and we actually kissed again at the bottom of my street. It was amazing! Then starting that week when I went back to ignoring me again at school. Then this weekend, I went to see his band play because he invited me, and he ignored me the whole night, until he hugged me twice. Then today at school, he completely ignored me, did not talk to me at all, and whenever I looked at him, he would just look away. I texted him after school today saying "Hey, sorry I never got the chance to talk to you today" and he has not replied. I've noticed a pattern, he is always so nice and sweet whenever we see each other over the weekend and early the next week, and then starting like in the middle to the end of that week, he just ignores me and acts like I don't exist. What is the problem with this? Does he just not like me at all? I need help with this, none of my friends know that I am stressing so much over this, they all think that we are just the perfect couple, and I wish that I could believe their words. I actually cried about last night because he seemed so distance at the concert and acted like he did not want me there at all. PLEASE HELP!!! Anyone, and mod to! Thank you all so much!

iluvboys95- i got ur question and im not exactily sure but her it goes. if ur friend likes him but just got back on with her bf, i would say shes over him 4 now but b honest b4 u talk 2 tyler and tell her u want 2 ask him if he likes u but not ask him out just yet. if she understands, then go ahead and just ask him. if u r shy, just casually ask if he like ne1. if he says no, dont panic he might b shy and dosen want 2 tell u. just come out with your feeling. if this is too hard, tell him through a note saying something like i know u found out i like u,and ive heard u like my friend,so do u like either of us. if u like her i will accept that. but if u like me, i want 2 know. (idk if this wil work but if hes a sweet guy he will understand)

You need to tell a trusted adult right away. This is serious. Once you tell a trusted adult, maybe you could have them call his parents. He needs help. Keep trying to talk to him. Try one of his fave jokes that he laughs at every time. That might get him talking.
