Oh my hair isnt longs its shoulder length. How am i growing it out? i use the right shampoos and conditioners and i dont flatten or curl my hair daily. It takes a lot of patience!!

Thursday's show was a one-hour "Ohmaigawd" moment for me. Maya left, Anthony came back, Seth had that thing with his model...d'you think they planned it all? It seemed so much more dramatic than usual! But I'm totally glad Anthony's back. If he doesn't win this season, they should bring him back as a judge for the next one because he is waayy too funny! Smile

Ahh I loved Anthony! He was so funny - even my dad got mad when he got kicked off last week! I totally thought the girl should have gone instead. Right now, Seth Aaron is probably my fave. His style's just really edgy and kinda rocker, and I loved that outfit he made for that little girl challenge! He and Emilio are probably going to the finals, don't you think?
I really want to see the Blind Side - it looks like such a good movie! Sandra Bullock is just an amazing actress. Smile

Hey girl! u asked me to share my workout plan with you.. so here it is! Sunday - Rest, Monday - Strength: Crunches:30 , Pushups:30, Stair Steppers:50, and Lundges:20.. Do that in a rotation.. go through the rotation 4 times. Tuesday: Cardio (jog,bike,swim,or do a cardio machine for 30 to 45 min) Wendsday: Strength (see Monday)Thursday: Rest, Saturday: Cardio (do intervals! Sprint for 30 seconds, Then rest for 60. Do that 5 Times then rest for 2 minutes.

hey girl,

(To answer your question) Here are some good work out tips to a awesome bikini bod and a flat belly.

* Drink LOTS of water

*Eat every thing in moderation

* Get OBSESSED with high fiber foods, a good amout is 4 grams at the least.(check the nutrition facts)

* Do Crutchs, Run, and eat (if you can) protein bars.

Okay, here's the Taylor Swift story. A few years ago my choir teacher had to take her to sound check before a concert. He said when he met her she had a really bubbly, sweet personality. She told him how excited she was because this was her first concert. (keep in mind she wasn't famous yet.) She told him they had to go get her band and once they did she was very bossy and rude to them. So now my choir teacher hates her and can't enjoy her music because whenever he hears her he thinks about what a disrespectful person she was. So yeah, that's the Taylor Swift story. I know, it sounds nothing like her at all! But she was only like 16 then so it's possible she has become more mature since she has gotten older. Yeah, this story is kinda wacky but interesting.
