Answer to Q#1:
Well, its normal to have dry skin, especially in the winter. And those black dots ( Blackheads ) are very normal ! Pick up some face moisturizer from the drug store, make sure it is oil free, and does NOT contain Salycic Acid or Benzyl Proxide (they dry out your skin). Then smooth over face once or twice a day. And are you washing your face too much? More then twice a day can really dry out skin. As for blackheads, a scrub could clear em up. Scrubs have little scratchy grains in them that deep clean skin without damaging it. If you already cant afford to get one or just dont have the time, try steaming your face. Steaming means to boil water and than hold your head over the pot with a towel over your head to open pores. Then, you can try to pop them. Another that works VERY well is a Biore Strip. These are strips that go over your face and whne you peal them off, blackheads stick to the strip and come right out painlessly. Problem is they're expensive. Also, try washing your hands more often and not touching your face, especially after reading or schoolwork because of the ink on the paper.

Flirts are complicated guys. But if he acts especially excited around you, its very possible he likes you. The problem with flirts is that they just might REALLY want a girlfriend ! Flirt back a little and see what happens, and if you feel confident, ask him out! But be ready for anything, flirts can be MAJOR players. And you say he has a gf? Then he is OFF LIMITS. Think of how you would feel if some girl was flirting with your boyfriend, and he was flirting back. You wouldn't be too happy. So leave it alone until hes a free man.

hey i read yur hair sitch ??.... i think if u hav long, beautiful hair, u shouldnt get it cut ultra-short, u mite regret it... takes a long time 2 grow out. Going into middle school is totally somethin 2 b excited about! but it doesnt mean u need to pull a 180.... u could get long layers that show off yur face, and frame it. plus u could get a cute new headband, etc to spice yur new "do up!
