The best advice i can give you is to move on. This guy is obvs. still pressed on your your bestie! And it may even take him a while to get over her. Plus even after he says hes over her and decides to go out with you, he will still be comparing you to her silently, and you might only be the rebound. And you are too good for that!!! You should give him a good long time to completely forget this chick before you guys even contemplate dating. I know it may be hard for you to forget this guy, but the best way to get over a guy is to find someone else. Go crush hunting, and im telling you, in a week you will find a crush expecialy in school!! But you see, you need to get yourself to stongly like your crush, like him soo much that that other boy is a meer memory compared to this greek adonis. Ignoring doesnt really help, cause in a few weeks you will be right back where you started!

And even though you like him, dont drop him as a friend, cause he seems like a really great bff. You guys seem perfect for each other, but this is the wrong time and place to be going out. But dont worry that does not mean you guys wont get together in the future;)
