hey. Don't worry about being nervous okay you will make friends in no time just be yourself. and find people that have same things in common with you. as for changing in front of other people try to get next to people you think you feel comfortable around plus everyone is always nervous at p.e time trust me! also try wearing a tank top and short soffe shorts under your clothes for school the first couple days till you get comfy. also try to talk to the people around you in the locker rooms outside of p.e. hope i helped!
