Hi, yeah, well first off cool profile, but I saw your comment on the cheerleading article, and I disagree with you ALOT, any one who can go from a full extension to a scorpion while above ground, cradle, then run a do a flip in mid-air is an athelete. THIS IS CHEERLEADING! THE SIDE THAT PEOPLE DON'T THINK OF!!! it's not just screaming go team go and the top of your lungs, its lifting and throwing girls in the air, holding someone up while they do stunts in the air, standing on someone's hands holding your leg above your head, and so much more that you never think about. If you think it's so easy, join an x-treme cheerleading team, or another competition team. (thanks to nerdygal for the paragraph) so yeah, it IS a sport, you can pick anyone off the street that can ht a baseball or throw a football, but can you pick someone off the street and could they do:a full extension to a scorpion while above ground, cradle, then run a do a flip in mid-air. No, they cannot.Nuff said.

First of all this is a HUGE goal! Its totally great that you want to get healthy, but getting healthy and pushing yourself to loose weight are 2 entirely different things. It is SOOOOOOOOOOOOO important that you talk to a parent or even better a doctor about your weight now if you are uncomfortable with it so that they can help you decide if this intense workout you have put together for yourself is acceptable and will not put you at risk for any kind of serious health problem.
As for is this a "Good" workout, it all relates back to talking to a professional and deciding if its healthy or not. you could be pushing yourslef way to hard with this workout and not even know it..or you might not even need to loose weight!
Yes i think the side squeezes will work fine as a side crunch substitute!
Food cravings are something that everyone has to deal with. You can try and prevent them by chewing gum, wearing lip gloss and keeping the junk food out of the house. Next time you get a craving, try a piece of sugar-free gum, or be active. try going for a walk with the dog or play soccer with someone in the neighborhood, try a hula hoop! Whatever works for you! This doesnt mean go do an intense workout anytime you get a craving though, simply take your mind of the junk food by focusing it on something active. Dont sit around watching TV though, you"ll get bored and the craving will come back.

she only eats 760 calories a day and if u keep excersicing like this u will have ur goal done with in no time but keep swimming and plat basket ball there great excersice hope this helps!

start out by holding on a wall and try to to focus on the direction of the target pick that foot up and chamber round kick chamber all 4 parts side kick and keep doing that on wall a couple of times then move to floor and REALLY FOCUS ON YOUR TARGET!!!! doing that same thing round kick chamber all 4 parts side kick.... do that a couple of times then put together in ur form and dont focus on ur balance the whole tequniqe do the best round kick side kick TURN UR HEAD TO UR TARGET AND FOCUS ON UR TARGET!!!!!!!!!!!! hope this helps! how far r u in the form?

1 pound a week is totally fine and wat u are doing is great and for excersices for ur sides stretch and and twist go side to side and twist and for the stretching take one arm over ur head then take the other arm over ur head hope this help!

Go one shade lighter than your skin tone, and only use a teeny-tiny amount. Although every girls gotta have coverup, you should definetly strive to have clear skin and no bags under your eyes (so start taking care of your face and getting enough sleep ASAP)

When picking out eyeshadow, you go by eye color, not skin tone. Do a google search to find out what eyeshadows will look best on you. Then go to a store that will let you try on makeup and experiment! (if its too much $, you can find the same shade at a cheaper store)
how should i apply eyeliner without poking my eyes out?
Practice! There's no way you could get it right the first time-so don't plan on going out in public after you just put it on for the first time. In order to spare myself from poking my eyes out, I bought an eyeliner that resembled more of a marker than a sharp pencil.
and last: about how much mascara and eyeliner should i put on everyday? i dont wanna look like a raccoon, like a lot of girls wear there makeup.
The reason these girls have raccoon eyes is because they keep adding layers and layers of eyeliner on in the AM. Line your eyes one time every morning and go! Another reason they're makeup looks weird is because of the shade of eyeliner they use. You might wanna avoid dark, dark black (especially with your pale skin) As for mascara, you can do a couple coats of that without looking over done.

Hi I saw your comment. Yes your flow will stop underwater BUT if you are swimming then get out with nothing like a tampon or such you could end up with blood all over and a big mess. So... The water does stop it but it will go on once your out.

the highest u can rank is 8 degree u dont have to be a certin rank or age to do leadership at my skool.... but u have to be 14 in order to instruct there and be in leadership!! one more year and im working there!!!!

well i think that u should go ahead and try to start a conversation on facebook with him! obviously he likes u atleast as a friend so what do u have to lose? and flirt with him at school once it starts back up. flirting is just like smiling, laughing, teasing, touching his arm lightly. u might've turned him off a little by giving him short answers but once u start flirting then im sure he'll flirt back!
