    Hey girl! Thanks for coming to me for advice!
    You should definately eat something light or healthy before track, if you eat anything more you might get cramps. Try a nutrigrain bar or some fruit/raisins (drink water too). After practice eat something high in carbohydrates and protein. One good rule of thumb is a ratio of 1 gram of protein to 3 grams of carbs. Try a bagel with peanut butter or a fruit smoothie (not the ones form McDonalds though, they have WAY too much sugar) Also make sure you drink a lot of water afterwards to refuel your system.

    As for when you should run I would say to run once or twice a week out of practice for about 15 minutes each. That way you are getting your body used to running and you'll get better at running long distances without getting tired as quickly.

    this club is pretty new so most positions are availible !!!! I dont want to try to explaiin what this club is because it says that on the profile !!! THis club is amazing & awesome it has contests, quizzzes, surveys, style sense, advice ( ON ANYTHING ! ) umm sooo much more ..amazing points lol i could go on and on and on and on but i am not going to because it says on the profile !!!! You will NOT regret joining thsi club if you do join !!!!!!! ALso this club is amazing & awesome right now but to make it even more funnnn we need more people !!!!     oh my god, shaving all my long hair off was like the hardest thing EVER! i had to keep reminding myself that it was my own choice to do it, and no1 was forcing me - it was just like an experiment! it was hard to not do it cuz i invited a couple of friends round and we did it in the bathroom and we were all soo excited! so i was really really nervous so b4 i could turn back i quickly switched the clippers on and shaved a stroke down the middle of my head, it was so wierd i had long hair on either side - and a bald stroke down the middle! i quickly shaved the rest of it off, with a little help with the back. it kinda hurts cuz the clippers like tug on ur hair!! then i felt my head (wich was wierd and smooth and fealt rly light) and i was like "OH MY GOD!! I'M BALD!!!!" it was a kassive change and i'm still getting used to it; i still cry about it sometimes. but i'm embracing it.

    omg!! remember when i said i was reshaving my head last night becuz it had grown out to a very short buzz cut already? well i used a different clipper kit and this 1 didnt just make me bald, it made me SHINY bald!! i'm kinda upset becuz now my head is literally shaved smooth, not even 1 hair! but to make things worse, i had to go to school with it like that! some people thought i was a new kid, but all my friends were like "WOAH!!! U SHAVED YOUR HEAD!! Y??" it was so wierd! and ppl i didnt even know the names of did that to! everyone was staring at me!! even teachers asked what happened! but like, whatever - ppl will be more used to it by tommorow and i will hopefully get less stares! i think it would have been maybe a bit better if i hadnt reshaved is last night and gotten a shiny headFrown lol! comment backSmile xx

    Hey Chicka!

    I think your at a good weight. Your beautiful the way you are!

    If you want to Eat healthier, Try adding for fruit/veggies into your diet. For example, DRink a smoothie for breakfast instead of eating a donut, or something else unhealthy, A great thing to eat at lunch is veggies dipped in peanut butter or hummus.

    For exercise, try for thirty minutes of exercise a day. It can and should be something fun, like rollerblading, or playing your favorite sport. You'll forget your exercising when your having fun

    hey, i dont think i want to shave my head with a razor anymore. i'm gonna keep it bald but not shiny! i just wish there was some way i could go shorter and be even more daring - but thats not actually possible when ur bald!!Frown i think im gonna grow it out to a buzz cut and then shave it all off again - it's soo much fun!! but i'm gonna stay bald for a while. i start school tommorow! i wander what ppl will think - it will be such a shock cuz they will expect 2 c me with rly long hair but then they'll see that i shaved it all off!!!! my hair kinda needs a shave tho cuz it's getting longer already, so today i'm gonna bust out the clippers again (so i look perfect for school!!) and make sure my hair/head is the smoothest, shortest, baldist possible!! lol! i'll let u no when i've shaved it again 2day!!! comment back;) xx

    thanks girl! i looked on the clipper kit i used to shave my head, and it says i have used the shortest 1! and the setting i used is actually called "bald"! so i couldnt actually go any shorter, unless i used an actual razor to make my head shiny! if you look up britney spears when she shaved her head on google images, thats EXACTLY how short my hair is!! except i dont look trashy lol. my head feels smoooooth. comment back!Smile xx

    loads of you are asking about my shaved head! i did it becuz my old hair was getting really dry and i wanted a change. it used to be down to my waste with layers. its not completely bald but it looks like its bald! get a ruler and measure 1 millimeter...  thats EXACTLY how long my hair is!!! I know right - suuper short. Its way shorter then what I wanted, I wanted it like a long messy pixie, but what i have now is so short that it kinda looks like i'm bald, but im gonna make it my signature style! What happened was that me and my 2 friends ran the clippers in 1 stroke down the front of my head without any gard on it, and it was WAY 2 short but i'd already shaved a stroke of it off so we had to shave off the rest of all my hair!! i was really upset that all my long hair was shaved off so quick! but atleast we donated my hair to Locks of Love (look it up). my head feels kinda wierd with such a small amount of hair, like kinda smooth!! lol! im learning to love it, infact soon im thinking about shaving it COMPLETELY bald, after i let it grow out to a short buzz cut. what do u guys think??

    That's alright i've been pretty bored 2 but not much i just found out that my dad's aunt was recently in a car crash she was driving home but on the way home the light was green 4 her but a red light 4 the other people and obviously he wasn't paying attention and and ran into my aunt while she was driving but she's ok she has a big cut on her knee I'm sorry i know u don't care i just had 2 let it out I'm very sad right now Srry
