I have no clue how to make a website, but if u know how I think it would be cool! I think just using our pro.'s for people to post will be enough, tho. I am picking a personal trainer right now! YAY! Plz spread the news about this fitness center! I was thinking the next application we do could be for head healthy eating. Their job would be to help anyone who needs help with eating right!

well c im involed with summer track and summer pride. basically wat i do is i wake up at about 6 and at 7 i start workin out. i lift weights, do plyometric boxes [its liek jumping on things], work with a medecine ball [a 10 lb ball that i lift, hold it doin sit ups, throw it, adn sit back but not all the way on my back w/ my legs in the air and pass it around my legs] do core work [pilates, push ups, sit ups, ect.] then do cardio [i have a low box about 1 to 1 1/2 feet tall and i hop on it hop down. for 2 sets of 25 seconds. then i step, right foot up, left foot up, right foot down, left foot down, ect for 2 sets of 25 seconds, then i switch to left first.] after that, i go home and eat breakfast [by then its about nine or so] which is ALWAYS something healthy. i try not to eat snacks but if i do its fruit. then in the evening i go to summer track. we streach [o yah, we do tht in the mornin too. before and after work out] do agilities, do fast foot ladder, run, then i do feild events. for you i think you should do core work and run. if there are any summer programs around, you should deffenitly join!!! for thighs, you should do abs, leg lifts, squats, ect. [if u want to make the squats harder, add a 3 lb free weight to each hand, or add a medecine ball to the abs, or let weights to the leg lifts!] for stomach, do abs, run, ride bikes, and do back lifts. [you lay flat on your stomach with your hands on you back. then, using your back mussles, you lift your chest off the ground. start with 1 set of 15 and add a set every week until you get to 5, then start going back down.] if you need anything else, jst ask!!! :]]

This is going out to all the people who have applied for personal trainer! I have had a great success with this, so many people have tried out! That's why we will make this into a workout center right here on GL! The prez, me, the vice prez,kcto14, and the personal trainer, to be announced monday, will run the center. The prez and vice prez will make sure everything is running well, make app.'s, etc. The personal trainer will be my trainer as well as help the other trainers and heads. If you have suggestions/questions plz tell me or the vice prez!
