Hey girl I saw youre comment of inserting tampons and i thought id try to help! When you are putting a tampon in it can be tricky, but once you get the hang of it its a piece of cake! When you are putting it in, just don't think about it! Think about other stuff and that might help the gagging part. Nothin bad will happen to you by wearing a tampon so there is no need to gag. Once you put it in the 1st time and get over the gagging, it should be way easier the next time! Hope this helped!
