A few days ago my sister who smokes went to work and she was driving and she swerved to hit a deer, and she drove into two houses and the people were inside. Luckily no one was injured/killed.

I read your post about your sister. I'm sorry! Although the drinking is illegal the smoking isn't. Try bringing up a conversation of the consequences to give a subtle hint for your sister to 'fess up.
