I run on a track team. If that counts as a sport. I do long distance like 1-3 miles. But, the coach sometimes puts me in sprint races that I do pretty good in! I also do cheerleading(yeah I know what your thinking!) I said I was shy. Yup. But I can still be loud and I was appointed head cheerleader in the fall season. People think that if I'm a cheerleader, I should be overall a loud person but I'm really the opposite! I don't think that counts as a sport either but oh well. Yeah I got dances at my school. We have the beginning of year dance, halloween dance, valentine's day dance, and then the spring dance (end of year).

People think that just because I'm short and shy means I'm innocent (like I would never lie and I would never date in middle school etc.)and it really annoys me! Ever happen to you? And then when I do something not as "innocent", everyone is really surprised but people like them usually do it too.

As for your question, thats a toughie. Keep searching for a good church! My church is about 30 minutes away from my home but its worth going to because i learn alot there. I know you will find a good church soon! Check local newspapers or mags to see if a church looks good and is near your home.
You can still stay connected with god even if u dont always go to church. My family doesnt always have time to go to church, but i still feel connected to god. A good thing to do is take ten minutes each night before u go to bed to pray and talk to god about everything! God wants to be your friend and have a relationship with u. Im not sure if there is a website, but thats a good thong to google. (:

Go check out christianbook.com and find the teen store. They have many good books that teach about god.

Reading the bible can def be hard. Its hard for me too! I try to remember that god wants me to read it. The stories get better later in the bible (: try to remember that too (:

ur soo lucky that ur school even has a soccer team! my school only has volleyball, softball, and backetball. Im playing volleyball right now but the season ends either next week or the week after that.

My 2nd favorite sport is basketball too! it doesn't start till december for me.

do u play soccer outside of school? like AYSO or club... I play AYSO soccer which ends 2nd week of december.

I actually dont like in Sweden. I live in California.

I would go on bike rides or if u get the mag u could use their ideas. You could also join other teams outside of school for soccer,basketball, or volleyball if u dont already... hope that kinda helps!

hey girl! thanks for the question. a lot of girls have to deal with rude "frienamies". if they make u feel bad, dont stick around and wait for them to see how nice u r, because they r not. they will just walk all over u, and it makes no difference to them if they r wearing socks or cleats! girls sometimes go through this stage when they dont have a BEST friend, and they just float from friend to friend. i went through that and it was tough for me. here's what i did: i found someone who had been nice to me, and that i wanted to be friends with (jillian). jillian hung out with the "populars" most of the time, even though she wasnt considered popular. (because u need to be a certain way to be popular, ya no! blah! whatever!) well, i decided to hang out with her at recess. her friends didnt accept me. they would stand in a circle and talk, but i could never get in the circle. once, when i walked up to the circle, the guy that was considered the "most popular", said "sush, sush, shes coming!" yeah, like i didnt hear this! but i just ignored them. i knew that they talked about me a lot, but i didnt care, because they didnt no a THING about me, and they couldnt tell me who i was, what i needed to be, and how i needed to live my life. no matter what i heard, and what i knew they were saying, i was still nice to them, because i knew they would soon see the error of their ways. well anyway, jillian was nice to me, and soon, morgan was nice to me. morgans best friend alexis, however, didnt like me. (once when jillian, morgan, alexis, and another girl went to a concert, alexis had said, "shes so weird. i dont like her." about me. jillian then said, "so what?! just because u dont like her, doesnt mean u have to be mean to her! shes my friend." i found out about this because morgan told me later.) i would sit on the popular table when there was room, but i would also sit with my other friends. of course, the poplars found something to say about this too. they said, "she goes off and pouts when she doesnt get to sit with us." this got to me because i was sick of them saying rude and untrue things about me. "how dare they! i was sitting by my other friends who r actually nice to me and care about me! who r they to say that!" i said stuff like this. i realized that i became very negative. but i remained nice to them, and soon, i was accepted. most of the "populars" are now my friends. what im saying is that, yes, u should go and make new friends. it doesnt matter if they r "popular" or not. just be determined to make friends, but make sure u dont throw away your morrals just to be liked by them. no one is worth doing something u dont want to do, or dont believe in doing. hope this helps! if u have any more questions, feel free to ask me! i would love to no if this advice helps! ttyl! -Anna
