heyy girly,
PMS stands for premenstrual syndrome. that basiclly means symptoms that you get before your period. pms symptoms can be anything from cramps to headaches to bloating to moodswings. it isnt a disease though, just a term people use when they are feeling bad before their period. an std is a sexually transmitted disease. there are many types of stds, and alot of them are deadly. the only way to get an std is by having sex. there is no possible way you can get an std unless you have sexual intercourse. hope i helped and comment on my profile if you need anything.

Hey girl!
I saw you had a question on the average age to get your period. There is no certain averAge age to get your firstperiod but most girls will get their first one between the ages of 10-16. If you get it before or after these age groups you need to talk to your doctor just to make sure everything is going ok! to get an idea as to when you will get it look for signs your body is giving you.
