Hi! i saw one of your comments about make-up. I suggest getting clear gel mascara. It's not clumpy, so your mom won't get mad, but it does volumize and lengthen your eyelashes in a subtle way that looks natural! Also, i love Baby Lips lip balm, which comes in two different clear kinds, and multiple light to dark colored ones. I hope this helps!

Hey girl! About the comment you posted on my profile. Definitely go for CoverGirl Natureluxe brand. It's great for an all natural look. Although they do have a Natureluxe mascara, I don't recommend it because it's not that good of a product, but their foundation is amazing and they have different shades to match your skin and even out your skin tone (great for those pimple days). Moisturizer is good and for your lips, I recommend Babylips by Maybelline! It's only slightly tinted or if you just want completely natural color (nude) they have that too. I just made the Protein Packed Chicken and Avacado Wrap (recipe on GL) 20 minutes ago and OMG its so delish! The portions are big, so you should slice them in half or once ypu make it save some for tomorrow ^_^ for the chicken I made i got 6 packs of 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts from costco I took one amd seasoned it with paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, basil, oregano, black pepper, seasoned salt, cilantro and parsley flakes. I put it on an 6" skillet on High then waited for one side to finish cooking. Then i flipped it over so the other side can cook, While the other side is cooking, I got two forks and shredded the chicken off on that side then on the other when it was cooked. (You don't have to do the next step; you can toss the chicken into the abacado bowl right now if you want. This is you want the chicken in your wrap to be hot. ) I put mines into a Ziplock bag for about 4 days so the juices and spices can sit in the chicken so my avacado can ripen. I take it out then did the steps GL posted, except I put in a big pinch of Kraft Italian Five Cheese as i mixed in the cilantro, then i wrapped it into the tortilla (i dont cook the tortilla.) As you can tell i have some culinary experiences and hey it came through! I rate this recipe 5 Stars!

I only put the chicken in the fridge cause 1. I just bought the avacado the day i made the chicken [idiot me] so it hade to ripen and 2. I made enchiladas the other night and we had some leftover and it was better the day after! And the day after that!)

Hey my hands get very shaky too when I put eyeshadow on try to relax a little work with it not against it when you put on eyeliner do the same thing just take deep breaths
believe me my hands get very shaky it just takes practice
Just be careful not to poke your eye! I have done that before it hurts!

Hey, on keeping your locker organized here's a short tip (from a neat freak, haha): Keep only one locker shelf (you really don't need two), and only keep your binders and books on it. Either put all your binders on top and books on bottom or put books and binders for each class together. Hang your lunch box on one of the hooks. If you have a coat, fold it really quickly (you can basically just roll it up, it only take a second) and put it on top of your books/binders on the top shelf. Hope I helped!

You posted on the ways to get an A+ article and was looking for advice on keeping you locker clean. Here are my tips:
1. Clean out your locker and backpack every so often, once a week is unrealistic, so try once a month.
2. Keep bringing stuff home from your locker, like your six coats. Not all at once but one at a time.
3. Finally, Keep a place to put all your paper at your house and in your locker. That way all your homework and projects from last week or last month are in one place, just in case your teacher puts in the wrong grade.

Okay, saw your comment about you not being able to use tampons. Some advice: Try a smaller size of tampon, with a plastic applicator. Your vagina does not go straight up, it slants, so aim for your tailbone when inserting. If you have trouble, you can put a bit of lubricant on the tampon. (Make sure it doesn't have glycerin; sugar and vaginas do not agree.) I had trouble using tampons when I first tried, too. Keep at it!

I was out to lunch. Sorry for the late response. What exactly did you want to start shaving? Your skin is already sensitive & I definently do not think you should use those creams. I can do research. I'll go look for sensitive ones, but I think the razor option would be better for you (after I show you how). We'll go shopping for those bras soon. We don't need your sis or your dad around when we do. We'll do it after your sister goes to college in August.

Hey! You asked about meditating and what not...
I read your comment to the moderator and i think i know your problem. You said you try and focus on goals that you want to achieve, and i agree that does make me start thinking about it and getting stressed. So instead, maybe think about something you ARE. IE, like you want to lose weight or something... instead of thinking about losing weight, just repeat to yourself, I am healthy or I am beautiful. (because i'm sure you are ). That might help. Remember, when meditating, try to sit against a wall (to keep your back straight), sit in a comfortable position, (lodus, criss cross, ect). and focus on your breathing. When in doubt (if nothing else i listed above works) think about your breathing. Focus on the inhale, then the exhale. To relax, try breathing in for four and out for 6. (counts). this generally slows the body down. After three or four of those, focus on slow, deep breathing. Feel the breath fill your body on the inhale, and shoot through your body on the exhale. When you breathe, try to not let your shoulders rise. Try and fill your belly with air, expanding your diaphragm and lungs. I hope this helps. If not, contact me again and i can try and give you a few more pointers I hope this all makes sense.
