Hey, girl! I know how tough it is to feel like your friends are changing and that you no longer have anything in common. The first step to fixing things is communicating with your friends. They may not be leaving you out on purpose. Meet with them in person and tell them how you've been feeling. Don't accuse them of purposely leaving you out, but ask them what's up. Maybe they've just been busy, and rushing to judge their actions is never a good idea. If they can give you an honest reason that they haven't been responding to your texts, then give it some time. If you keep trying and are still getting no response, it may be time to explain to them that they are really hurting you and that you may not be their friend anymore if they keep treating you badly. Remember, being good to your friends is always good, but being a doormat isn't. If they don't change, it may be time to get new friends. You don't have to change for your friends. Just because you are different from them doesn't mean that you still can't be friends, but if they continue to ignore you, they obviously don't care about you as much as you deserve. Oh my! You can't tell your friends what to do, but just keep them aware what he is doing if they start gushing over him. You CAN trust another guy, you just have to slow things down and observe the one that catches your eye. Make sure he's not a back-stabber or a 2 timer. If he sums up to this check-list, he's perfect! 1. Has he been dumped before? If so he probably knows how you feel. 2. Is he sweet to everyone? If so he probably won't stab your heart. 3. What hobbies does he have? (You'll have to write on my profile for this, lol) 4. DOES HE LIKE YOU?! If he loves ya and you feel the same and he's a G-R-E-A-T guy, go for it. If he starts turning away from what you like, dump him (lightly!) You don't want to be the one dumped, yet you wouldn't want him to feel how you just felt, right? Hopes & Hugs, Kayla
