hey okay i think i have a problem...I AM SO SORRY ITS SO LONG!!! so there is this guy, he's one of my good friends, and ive known him for almost two years now. we used to hang out at the pool alot last summer, and we met thru my other friend, Ashley. me, the guy, ashley, and our other friend Leslie would always go to the pool during the summer. theyre a year older than i am. we went trick-or-treating together (the group) and just spent alot of time outside of school together. he's a really nice guy, fun to be around and stuff, and i USED to like him. but when it came to school, it was like he didnt know me. it kinda hurt. i learned to get over my feelings real quick. so yesterday was the first day that we actually hung out again, and we were at Ashley's house on the couch watching tv. she has two couches, she was on one and the guy and i were on another. after a little bit, we got kinda bored with watching tv, so he and i started hitting each other with pillows. it was alot of fun, and yeah, we were flirting. he would do things like rub my face into the couch or mess up my hair. it wasnt bad. ashley came over to seperate us a couple of times, we were just play-fighting. so then it came time where we both had to go, and we said goodbye and left. during the visit he asked for my number, and because i knew him, i gave it to him. so he textd me about my hair and i was like, yeah, its all frizzy now. and he was like, well thats my job. so i said what is? rubbing my face into a couch and destroying my hair? and he was like, that part of it. so i asked what the other part was and he said he would tell me later. so leter that night i asked him, and he said, "to impress young girls" so i said "young as in 5year olds, or young as in me, being younger than you? and he said "you". so then we joked and stuff but then the convo got real serious. and he was like, "lol" and i asked "what was so funny about that?" and he said "nothing i just realized something" and i asked him what and he wouldnt tell me. he would just be like, "you know". and so finally i got kinda pushy about it. he said, "il tell u tomorrow." and i was like "what?" and then he said "i love you." but he wouldnt reply to most of my messages after that. he "fell asleep". i dont know how i feel about that. hes super nice, so i dont want to hurt him. but i dont think i love him back. so in the morning (today) he texted me at like, noon. and we barely discussed it. he was like, wanna hang out. so i went over to ashleys house and then he came over. he was already in his swimsuit and everything. but we sat and talked on her couch again. no pillow fights. it was alittle akward. so then ashley had to go to lunch, and he wanted to go to the pool. i was like um... and then ashley just had to metion tht i had wanted to go earlier. so i kinda had to go. i got my swimsuit on and left the house to go to the pool with him. i always chew gum anyways, but when we were walking to the pool, just me and him, he was like,"do you have anymore gum?" i told him i didnt. becuz it was true. i didnt have anymore with me. but does that mean he probably wanted to kiss me? ugh. so then we got to the pool and set u our stuff and got in. we were playing catch with a ball and he just kept flirting with me. the we both got bored with it, so we just kinda leaned up against a wall in the pool. i was playing with the ball in my hands when he tried to grab it from me. he wrapped his arms around me and tried to wrestle it from me. i just kinda stopped struggling and let him hold me. he pulled me back against the wall and just kinda kept his arm around me. i didnt stop him, but i didnt encourage it. i tired to get away a couple of time, subtly, with an excuse (the ball). he just let me go and then pulled me back in. it wouldve been sweet, if i wasnt so unsure about him now. he looked down at me from the side and i just kinda didnt meet his gaze. with his arm still around my waist, he asked "what would your parents say if they saw me right now?" i just told him i didnt really know. we werent doing anything bad. but then it was time to go, so he walked me home, and we hugged bye. i dont want to "go out" with him, (be his girlfriend), but i dont want to hurt him. how do i tell him after all this that i just want to stay friends? thanks i know it was long!

hey!! i have a question for youu...! i have Olympics tomorrow (feild day), and it is a REALLY big deal at my school. our school colors are purple and black (i still dont get why purple is a school color ) and my team has purple tshirts. i painted my name and team number on the back, and cut the sleeves off and down to the sides. do you have any ideas for me to wear my hair so that it is off my back (so i can keep cool in the sun and show off my back paint )? i have 2inches-below-the-shoulder dark blondish hair thats kinda wavy. i can't do french braids and neither can my mom. any ideas? thanks!!
