Try to cut out as much salt from your diet as you can and avoid eating processed foods (ie. bread, crackers, chips) which can have large amounts of sodium. Salt causes your body to retain water, so cutting it out of your diet can help you loose water weight!

Hey kittyluv314! I think that your BGF might like you. The only way to find out is to tell him you like him and then he'll tell you how he feels. There are many ways to tell a guy you like him. One way I like the most is to first, ask him if he likes any girls. Then, say that you like a guy. This will get him interested in the convo. Next, you just say it. That's right, SAY IT! There is a paerson at my school who is SO in love with justin she has a binder with his face on it and starts crying when she hears his music. It's insane. I think he is AMAZINGLY hot and I like his music. He has a better veiw on girls then some other certain artists (3OH!3, pitbull...) do and treats us like we are actually ppl. But he did an interview on a radio station and was horrible. "What do you like to do with your friends?" I dont know. He came off REALLY snobby.

Hey girl!! Thanks for commenting on my pro, it means alot! So Im not a cheerleader, but I do know some tips to help get u in shape for tryouts. You could practice dancing, and run a bit to get ur endurance up. Also, cheerleading involves alot of strength, so maybe u could hit up ur gym and work on some weights. I get my arms strong by doing weights, I also find that pushups help ALOT!! Hope I helped, let me kno if i did!!

Since you think it would be awkward if you told him that you like him, you should probably give him hints and let him figure it out on his own. ♥ By hints, I don't mean just laughing at his jokes. Things like that that you would do if you liked him only as a friend aren't going to make him think he likes you. ♥ Flirt! Since you guys are friends, don't flirt all the time, but flirt every now and then. - Think 'what would make me think a guy likes me?' try to do some of these things towards him. ♥ However, it can be totally confusing to try to let him know you like him without telling him for you and him. He just might not get that you like him! So it might be a little better to just tell him and ask him out. -If you want to tell him, decide whether you want to just tell him that you like him or ask him out. ♥ If you want to just tell him, it's best to tell him in person, not through text or through a friend. In this case, I think it would be okay to tell him on the phone, but only if you guys have talked on the phone before. I say this because it might be awkward if you guys have never talked on the phone before. -Don't just randomly blurt "I like you!". You should start by asking him if you can tell him something. hi. i have been a cheerleader for 9 years, and also a cheer captain. so my best advice for you would be to stretch A LOT!!! because they will most likely ask you to do jumps, and they need a lot of stretching to be done. and also, look in the mirror and practice your biggest smile, because that will aslo be what their looking for.... spirit! so even if you mess up, put on an even bigger smile, and you will be impressing the judges. trust me. our cheer squad has been 1st place champions since the competition started, we have won every year. so comment back on my page if it works or helps. or if any other girls need help, please ask! ~cheerinlady123 =]~

Hey. For cheerleading, you should do what cookiedough said. And work on cartwheels and all kinds of flips if cheerleaders at your school do that. (At my school we don't really, but at others I know they do it a lot. And the girls who can do flips do them and make us look good.) Running helps. (But don't work yourself too much cause that can end up bad.) Just do your best at tryouts and be energetic and excited. Good luck!
