Hey! Well, for your hair, why don't you try braid, buns, or wearing your hair down? Or you could curly it or straighten it, whatever one isn't your natural look, and wear it down. Or you could add a headband or a pretty barette. As for your BFF, why don't you talk to her more and show her that you're thinking of her? Show an interest in her and her life. Also, invite her to do things just you and her every once in a while. About working out, I suggest that you try to maybe start off with something you enjoy. Maybe try running or playing a sport you enjoy. Try to do that for cardio a few times a week. And try some floor exercises, lifting weights, or doing yoga or pilates to get toned. Good luck! i saw u posted on another wall about wanting to do dance but ur parents want u to do a "real sport"
I do dance and beilive me its a sport! Ask your parents what they consider a part of a sport. Dedication, energy, coompatition. If thoose are things they call a sport than prove too them its a sport!!!

Friendship triangles are tough—especially when someone involved isn’t your biggest fan. Instead of resenting the situation, talk about it. Tell your BFF you understand she wants to branch out and meet new people but that you don’t want to lose her friendship.

Let her know you don’t expect her to hang out with you 24/7, but that you would love it if she could find the time to get together—just the two of you. If you guys can work out a balance, it will feel less like you and your friend are growing apart.
