yaa i went swimming for parties. but yesterday i relaxed. but losing 20 lbs seems like a little much... but im not a doctor so if your doing it healthy then it shouldnt be bad. im never hungry in the summer. but when i eat its all junk food i need to quit that. maybe you should just make sure you eat lunch and dinner and breakfast you dont have to eat alot just enough so you dont get sick or anything. but i have a problem. im trying out for cheerleading and im stuck in a group with all older girls. they are a year ahead of me and they dont really like anyone. i have to go to one girls house today and i just started my period like monday. what should i do?

My family is sort of like that 2 except 4 my dad helps clean stuff sometimes but I clean a lot...my brother,mom and I wet 2 the store this morning so it was a little exercise and my mom and I r going 2 do our daily exercise later which is we walk,jog and jump rope 4 a half hour we might do long ttyl workout buddy

it was fun on saturday we won 2 of our 3 games then on sunday it was single elimination and we lost but it was our best tourney we played this year.
