hey girely, i got ur question on my profile. im not a runner so its hard for me to answer but just be healthier ! eat lean meats and bright coloured veggies along with fish and cut down the salt. get ur measurements down by not eating a lot of carbs and working out (by running or jumping rope) . but ur body measurements dont matter !!! as long as u feel healthy and are fit, thats all that counts. and just push and push to run a mile. breathe in through ur nose and out through ur mouth steadily and keep a good pace . dont go all out at the beginning so u can save some energy for a sprint to the finish. just keep training by doing the things u noramlly do , jumping rope helps ur leg muscles. goodluck hon !! <333 and ask me for ADVICE ON ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING ily. -live-laugh-love
