hmm well I went to a camp in north carolina called Crestridge for 2 weeks and I'm in Oklahoma right now but I'm from Florida but thats it otherwise I've just been lazy!! lol and i got my bottom braces off but i get my top ones off in early august. do you have braces? or when do you get them off?

hey girl, this summer has lots of trends!! Try things like florals, polka-dots, and tie-dye. Also sundresses are big, so are skirts and cool white sunglasses. Gladiator sandals, converse, and Tom's Shoes are also very trendy now! Hope this helped comment back!!

Well for one thinq, I am 5'2 and I weiqh 108, btu the doctor says i'm fine. What you should focus on is your BMI. The BMI determines whether you're healthy or not, so instead of worryinq about weiqht I would worry abotu the BMI more. If you want to lose weiqht, just sumthinq to qet your hrt rate up, anythinq thats aerobic. Do nto starve yourself! Instead, eat more fruit and drink plently of water. you can eat snacks but just dont eat it too much. remember, water ALWAYS helps! Just drinkinq tons of water a day can help you lsoe weiqht!

the snack thing was a really good idea! i was doing it for about two weeks and it was working really good, but then my snacking habits kind of started to catch up on me (sheepish face )
i've just started running again (i had a knee surgery last year, so it's been hard) and i'm so excited! <3 <3

oh cool that sounds fun doing the self defense class i should try it! and a tip for losing weight is to eat small snacks throughout the day so u never get hungry i did that and lost 7pounds!! so now i'm 92lbs!!

Tumbling sounds SUPER COOL! It's kind of like gymnastics right? I am LOVING volleyball, we've had two hour practices every second day this week, what a workout! And today, me and my mom did a self-defense class together, and it was soooo fun!! I'm gonna ask for a punching bag for my birthday now

I used to do gymnastics when i was little, but i don't do them anymore, and i'm not flexible at all anyways, I do all that same stuff (piano, guitar, singing). THAT'S SO COOL!
I made the volleyball team!

Hey! So, I saw your comment about needing a workout buddy, and I need one as well, so do you wanna be workout buddies? I like playing volleyball (tryouts are tonight ) and doing dance videos. I recommend the "Dancing with the Stars Cardio Dance". It's really, really fun, and I got it at Target for only 5$. What kinds of sports do you play?? One song that I am absolutely LOVING for working out is "The Way You Make Me Feel" by Michael Jackson. It's so upbeat and fun! <3 <3
