Hi, I have watched I love Lucy! I especially like the chocolate factory one I'm really glad you asked about my Deafness, its not rude at all, I was born with severe/profound sensorineural hearing loss the cause is genetic, I wear hearing aids and I go to a school for the Deaf, my first language is ASL but my speech is good and i read and write english well. In terms of daily stuff i speak or write with hearing people, i use visuals to understand. i am very proud of my Deafness and am activly involved with the Deaf community

hey thanks for all the times you have come to my rescue, I know it is really often but I really do appreciate it. Here is my stitch. Last year, my mom was super strict about me showing an cleavage. Well my boobs are kinda hard to cover up! all of my tank tops were super low and it is really hard to find cheap but quirky-cute shirts that are pretty high. what are some stores that have cool shirt, really low price, and are high so I don't have to worry about cleavage showing? thanks!

I'm scared. Of a lot. I'm scared to stay home alone now. I worry about fire, bombs, murderers, rapists, burglaries, ghosts, vampires, guns, stalkers, even my barbies that i haven't given away yet coming to life and killing me. I have nightmares at least 2 times a week. I tell my mom, but she just tells me there is nothing to worry about. But that doesn't help. I don't even go down stairs in my basement because I'm worried something or someone is down there. And we have a huge tv in my basement!! Can you please give me advice? I can't sleep well anymore, I am constantly looking behind my door at night to check and c if somethings in there. I don't even watch or read scary movies!! I just watch abc family, and not even pretty little liars because my friend told me i would be scared watching it. I don't watch horror movies, not anything past romantic comedies! Help ME!!!

hey girl! sounds like you have a lot of anxiety. here's something that might help. next time you get scared try focusing on something that made you happy recently. a puppy? ice cream? a hilarious joke? start thinking about that and if you start to get scared again just tell yourself you aren't scared, even if you are, your confidence will help. You could also try humming something comforting. see what works best for you, and if you still find youself plagued with worry, talking to someone can often help a lot. good luck!

So I love to read, and my testing scores say I read at a Post High School level, (I'm in sixth grade) but my mom won't let me read anything that has teens in it, "because you're not a teen!" all of the books that are for "my age" that my mom picks out are for like nine years old and are terribly predictable. Try compromising with your mom by letting her read reviews of a few different books you'd like to read -- maybe there's one she will think is okay. If you want something more challenging that's still appropriate, there's nothing wrong with breaking out the good old classics, like Pride and Prejudice or The Great Gatsby. They are definitely at a high reading level but aren't as age-inappropriate as some of the stuff she might be thinking of.

no, i havent read the newest stargirl tht is cool that they are making a series though! sweet!

can you help me out? none of the mods will help me....k...lets start with monday. I had my battle of the books meeting and me and my friends were there, plus my BGF. Lets call him....RJ. Okay. My chair was about 3 feet away from him when I got up to go throw something away. It was near my frinds. I am sure of that because they were trying to tip me over. And when I got back it was RIGHT next to him, like enough that they chair sides were touching and his arm over the back of the chair. And now I am freaking out because now I think i like him, but I get giddy when ever David (remember him?) talks to me, and I am finally being able to talk to David. And now my BGF is putting the moves on me!?! AND, I am going to the Harry Potter 7 premeire tomorrow night with him!
