I am 12 and my aunt orders this magazine for me. My MOM and both of my aunts approved of it. Allso my other 12 year old cousin gets them too. THEY ARE VERY ok AND APPROPRIOTE!

hey sorry its taken me a while to answer but if u still are having trouble becoming a vegetarian the best advice is to take it slow! i recently went to a wedding and my family r HUGE meat eaters, so i ate meat, and right now i am slowly getting to become vegetarian. So maybe thee first week or so, just cut down the amount of meat than later u can cut the meat out completely! Ask me for more advice! Hope this helps!

It's ok that the next day you eat meat because you just need to get used to it! It was ez for me to start cause my grandpaarents ahve been vegetarian since i was born. also, if your family isn't going vegetariain with you, maybe if they have chicken and rice, you can just eat the rice with steamed veges on top! Yes organic is expensive but meat is too! Maybe, try to grow your own vegetables! It may take a long time to grow but it's only like 50 cents a seed! Also,
